Rosemary is considered a cognitive stimulant and can help improve memory performance and quality. It is also known to boost alertness, intelligence, and focus.

Cilantro:

Cilantro (leaf coriander) is one of the traditional Mediterranean herbs commonly recognized as leaf-coriander in Asia. Cilantro herb is very low in calories and contains no cholesterol. Its deep-green leaves possess good amounts of antioxidants, essential oils, vitamins, and dietary fiber, which may help reduce LDL or "bad cholesterol" levels in the blood. The herb is a good source of minerals like potassium, calcium, manganese, iron, and magnesium. It is also rich in many vital vitamins, including folic acid, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin-A, beta carotene, vitamin-C, which are essential for optimum health.

Parsley:

After salt and pepper, parsley is perhaps the most common seasoning in Western cookery, a mainstay of salads and finishing garnishes in a wide array of cuisines. Since it is anti-inflammatory and diuretic it has been used to treat many different ailments throughout the body. Traditionally, parsley properties have been used for preventing urinary tract infections, treating anemia, treating weakness and fatigue related to iron deficiency, and may help with other conditions such as asthma, and congestion.

Thyme:

Thyme contains a variety of minerals and vitamins that promote good health. Thyme is full of vitamin C for immune support, potassium for healthy cells, and manganese for bone development and blood clotting. Thyme's health benefits include lowering blood pressure, boosting immunity, disinfecting, repelling pests, preventing bacterial infections and aids in treating yeast infections.

Extra virgin olive oil:

It is the least processed variety of oils, and often considered to be the healthiest type of oil. It is extracted using natural methods and standardized for purity and certain sensory qualities, such as taste and smell. Some of the main health benefits of olive oil include boosting hair and skin health, works as an anti-inflammatory, protects against diabetes, reduces heart problems and diabetes, and helps boost your metabolism.

Vinegars:

Are made by fermenting a carbohydrate source into alcohol. Acetobacter bacteria then convert the alcohol into acetic acid, which gives vinegars their strong aromas. In churri we use red wine vinegar, which is made by fermenting red wine, then straining and bottling it. It is often aged before bottling to reduce the intensity of the flavor. Some of the health benefits include potential weight loss, aids in digestion, has antimicrobial properties, and is rich in powerful nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, potassium, and iron.

Garlic:

One of the oldest cultivated plants in the world, contains antioxidants that support the body's protective mechanisms against oxidative damage. High doses of garlic supplements have been shown to increase antioxidant enzymes in humans, as well as significantly reduce oxidative stress in those with high blood pressure. Garlic has a long history of use as an infection fighter against viruses, bacteria and fungi.
