Ingredients: Parsley, cilantro, thyme, rosemary, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Himalayan salt, black pepper and love.
Olive Oil: In the sauce world, using the right oil is key for quality and taste due to the nature of highly inflammatory and genetically modified products, most commonly seen in canola oil. Canola oil is used in everyday products such as mayonnaise, chips, salad dressings and more. Most brands decide to use canola oil as a way to save money, and after thoughtful consideration of what oil we wanted to use, we decided to use olive oil. We made a promise to ourselves and to every customer to only use the best tasting, and healthy choice: Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Meet Chef Rodrigo
Rodrigo was born and raised in Chiclayo, capital of the Peruvian gastronomy. He graduated #1 in his class from the culinary school of Le Cordon Bleu in Lima, Peru.
Over the last decade he has answered his calling by working diligently in top Peruvian, international, and Michelin star restaurants. Rodrigo is dedicated to the mission of promoting Peruvian cuisine and culture.
Throughout his various culinary experiences, he realized that he loved creating sauces, pastes and anything that gave his dishes the perfect final touch.
With the traditional chimichurri recipe, Chef Rodrigo always felt like it was lacking something. One day, as he was working with his team in the kitchen, his palate told him that more personality was needed in order to cultivate the perfect herby sauce.
After experimenting with a few different recipes and ingredients, he came up with the ultimate blend of thyme, cilantro, parsley, rosemary and garlic- and thus, Churri was born.
