Churri Grilled Shrimp



Ingredients:
- One pound wild shrimp
- 1 pound lime or lemon
- Lemon zest
- 30 grams Churri
- Salt for seasoning
- Pepper for seasoning

Step by step:
1. Clean and peel shrimp
2. In a large bowl, add the the shrimp, lemon zest and lemon juice
3. Mix and add Churri, salt, and pepper
4. Let them marinate overnight or for at least two hours prior to grilling
5. Start the grill, and wait for high temperature
6. Grill shrimp for about two minutes on each side and enjoy!
7. Add extra Churri sauce after for added flavor
