Churri Smashed Potatoes

- 500 grams fingerling potatoes
- 1 liter filtered water
- 5 grams salt
- 80 grams churri

Step by step:
1. In a medium sized pot add the water and the fingerling potatoes, start with a high temperature until it reaches boiling point
2. Keep cooking the potatoes on simmer for 10 min
3. Remove the potatoes from the water and wait a few minutes until they are not too hot
4. When ready, smash them with your hands or a cup and add them to a bowl with 40 grams of churri
5. Mix them together and add them to a baking sheet pan
6. Bake them at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
7. Once they are crispy, remove from the oven add some more Churri on top and enjoy
